    I have been painting nails with acrylic paint for years. Today I tried 6 different striper brushes trying to do a plaid nail. It would not lay down. It would just slide across the nail the wrong way. What the heck happened. Every single brush did the same thing. I have done the plaid nails before with no problem. I am at a loss. Any ideas?
